What should we wear?
The majority of the park is open in all weathers!
The rollercoasters will operate in all but the heaviest downpours – so bring your water proofs! Only high winds can stop our rollercoasters.
Please note: Bare skin, nylon and polyester WILL burn on the slides – please wear trousers / leggings, long sleeved tops and socks. (Leggings and socks are availiable to purchase in our shop)

Can I pay by cash to enter the park?
We do accept cash at the park but to avoid disappointment we strongly recommend that tickets are booked online in advance – particularly during peak school holidays periods.
Can I leave my child to play unattended?
Sorry no! All children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Are you suitable for teenagers?
We are a family adventure park and try to provide attractions that the whole family can enjoy together. We have roller coasters, jumping pillows, dodgems and live shows that teenagers normally enjoy – as long as they aren’t expecting Alton Towers they should have an enjoyable day.
Do you have lockers availiable?
For your convenience, we do have lockers availiable. They are located at the entrance of Planet Play £2 for 3 hours, £5 all day. You are also able to access your car at any point throughout the day and return to the park as often as required.
Do you allow dogs?
Whilst we don’t actively encourage dogs to come to the park, we’re happy to admit very calm, friendly and well-behaved older dogs with responsible owners – the park is definitely not a suitable place for excitable puppies. Please note that you must have public liability insurance that covers your dog / dogs.
