How do I pay for parking?
Payment for parking is required on arrival and is £3.75 for 5 hours, £2 from 6pm to 6am. Our car park machines take coins and card.
Do you have an accessible entrance?
Yes. If you or a member of your party has a disability or additional access needs please use the accessible entrance. This is the entrance nearest to the Humber.
Do you have any café facilities?
Yes. Please arrive at The Deep at the time you have booked online. You can then visit our cafe either before your ticket is scanned at the turnstile, or alternatively you can visit after going round the aquarium as your journey will end here.
Do you have any toilet facilities?
Yes. We have toilet facilities on every floor, including baby changing facilities, so please ask a member of staff for the nearest toilets available. We also have a Changing Places facility.
Is there a Changing Places facility?
Yes. The Changing Places facility is on the ground floor of the attraction and can be opened with a radar key. If you require any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask a Crew member.
Can my child visit by themselves?
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times when visiting The Deep.
Can I bring my Assistance Dog?
Assistance Dogs and Emotional Support Dogs are welcome at The Deep.
Can I bring luggage for you to store?
Unfortunately, we cannot look after any items of luggage or prams. Please only bring what you can carry around with you.
