Do you offer discounted rates for Groups?

If you are an adult group of 10+ people you can enjoy our Group 10+ rate.

Scouts / Guides / Youth Groups can purchase our Youth Group rate. These tickets are exclusive for UK registered Scouting, Guiding and Youth Groups. Proof of identity will be required on the day of visit.

When is the quietest time to visit SEA LIFE Loch Lomond?

We are generally quieter on off peak weekdays during school term time, but this can vary day to day.

Do I have to pay for an under 2 ticket?

Under 2’s go free with a paid adult ticket.

All guests require a valid ticket to enter, most ticket types give the option to purchase an under 2 either whilst selecting the number of Adults and Children, or after you have selected the date and time of your booking. These will add to your basket prior to checkout.

If you are unable to book a ticket for your under 2 in advance please do not worry. Please talk to a member of staff upon your arrival and they will be able to issue you an additional ticket for your little one.

Are there any age restrictions?

SEA LIFE Loch Lomond is suitable for everybody, however if you are aged 15 or under you will need to be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above. You may be asked to produce I.D upon arrival to prove your age so please ensure you have this handy to avoid disappointment.

Do you offer a student discount?

This offer is available exclusively for students and a valid students and a valid student ID must be presented on entry. Available Monday to Friday during school term-time only.

What if I’m running late for my time slot?

If you have booked standard tickets and are running late, not to worry our admissions team will allow your party entry on the next available time slot.

Please note last admission is 70 minutes prior to the closing time advertised on our website. If you arrive at the last admission time you will have 1 hour in our attraction.

We cannot allow entry after the last admission slot.
