What clothing should children wear?
Socks must be worn in the play frames, and shoes are not permitted. We recommend clothing that covers arms and legs to help prevent friction burns. Please ensure pockets are emptied before playing.

Yes, adults are welcome to enter the play frames and accompany their children. Our play areas are designed to allow shared play experiences.
Can I take photos during my visit?
You are welcome to take photos of your own children. Please be mindful of other guests and avoid capturing images that include other visitors.
How long can we stay and play?
During peak times such as weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays, sessions last two hours. During quieter weekday periods, you may stay longer, subject to table availability.
Do I need to book in advance?
Booking is recommended to manage capacity and guarantee entry, especially on busy days. Walk-ins are welcome where space allows. Booking online also speeds up check-in on arrival.
