Monster Mayhem at Star City is a massive indoor playground spread across two floors. It’s designed to be a high-energy world where kids can explore different zones, from physical challenges like the climbing wall to creative play in the toddler areas.

Is there car parking available?
Yes! Monster Mayhem guests can use the Star City main car park with over 2,400 free and secure spaces. Disabled bays are located near the main entrance for Blue Badge holders.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
No, outside food is not permitted. We have an on-site cafeteria offering a variety of hot and cold meals, snacks, and drinks for all ages.
What are the age limits for the play areas?
Monster Mayhem is designed for children 12 and under. A Toddler Fun Zone is available for under 4s, while the main play frame, electric quad bikes, and football pitch are for older children.
Do I need to book in advance?
Standard 2-hour play sessions do not require booking — simply pay on entry. For birthday parties or group events, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
Are there specific clothing requirements?
Yes, for safety and hygiene, socks must be worn at all times. Comfortable clothing and long sleeves are recommended for slides and climbing areas.
