How do I find the entrance?
Entry is via the Outdoor Plant Canopy at Tong Garden Centre. At Tingley, enter down the right side of the main building and follow signs.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Bookings can be adjusted up to 2 hours before your session online or by contacting staff. Missed sessions are non-refundable.
How many adults can attend per child?
A maximum of two adults per child is allowed. Adult entry is free to ensure safe supervision.
Can I bring food and drinks?
Outside food is not permitted inside. Food and drinks may be consumed in designated outdoor areas only. No glass, alcohol, or BBQs.
Can I buy tickets on arrival?
Tickets must be purchased online. Mobile bookings can be completed in-store, but no in-person payments are accepted. All guests exit for cleaning after each session.
Who supervises children in the play area?
Children must always be supervised by an adult aged 18+. The centre maintains safety, but supervision responsibility lies with the adult.
