Do you offer dog kennels?
Unfortunately no dogs or other pets can be admitted into the park except Assistance Dogs. Also, for the wellbeing of all dogs we don’t allow anyone to leave them in a car by themselves in our car park, however we do have limited kennels available which are free to hire service in exchange for a £20 key deposit.
Please bring with you any items that will make your pets stay more comfortable i.e. water bowl, food or treats as well as any bedding, toys etc.
Pets can only occupy the kennel from 10am until 4.30pm. The pet owner will be responsible for cleaning up after their dog/s
Kennel spaces are limited and therefore we always recommend that you pre-book your kennel by emailing guestservices@crealy.co.uk prior to your visit. Once booked kennel keys can be collected from the Information window of the main ticket office at the entrance to the park.
We ask that you return to your dog at least once during the day to check on their welfare. We will ask for your contact details so that we can call you if your pet gets distressed.

Can I pay by cash at the theme park?
No, however you can load your cash onto a Resort Credit Card at the ticket office to use on the Theme Park.
What time can I arrive at the park?
We ask that guests do not arrive to the Theme Park any earlier than 15 minutes before the Theme Park opening time.

Is there an on site shop?
Yes there is an onsite shop that is open daily, opening times may vary depending on time of year.
Are BBQ’s allowed on the resort?
No. Only food and drink purchased on-site can be brought into the Wacky Warehouse venue with the exception of baby formula.
How can I review my annual pass?
To keep your ‘Price For Life’ please call 01395 233200 to renew over the phone or alternatively visit the Theme Park before your expiry date.
