Common Questions
Do I need to pay for babies?
Children under 12 months are free! However, you still need to book their spot online so we can manage the building capacity.
Why do adults have to pay?
Adult fees help us keep the center safe and comfortable. We limit numbers to ensure everyone has a seat and a great environment while supervising their children.
How long are the play sessions?
We run 2-hour sessions which are bookable online (at a discount!). If the center isn’t full after your session, you are more than welcome to stay and play longer.
I have a Play Pass, do I need to book?
Pass holders can just turn up! Just keep in mind that on busy peak days, entry is first-come, first-served.
