Do you cater for children with special or additional needs?

Playtopia aims to be welcoming and inclusive for children and adults with a wide range of needs.

Please be aware that some areas of our multi-level play frames may not be fully accessible. We recommend contacting our Mytholmroyd or Bolton centres before your visit so we can discuss your requirements and help plan the best possible experience.

You can also check our official website regularly. Please note that both locations are cashless, so card or mobile payments are required during events.

Is booking required before visiting?

Yes, bookings must be made separately for each Playtopia location.

PLEASE NOTE: All sessions must be booked online in advance. Due to high demand, walk-ins are not available. To secure your visit, please book your session before travelling.

Is parking available on site?

Yes, free parking is available at both Playtopia venues.

Mytholmroyd: 10 dedicated spaces are located directly outside, with over 100 additional spaces a short 40-second walk away.

Bolton: A small on-site car park is available, with extra street parking throughout the surrounding industrial estate during busy periods.

What if I arrive late to my play session?

Your session time is flexible once your booking is confirmed. You are welcome to arrive and leave at any point within your allocated time slot.

Please remember that socks must be worn at all times on the play equipment by both children and adults. Socks can be purchased at reception for £1 if needed.
