People Also Ask
Do you have disabled access?
Yes, all of our centres either have lifts or ramp access from the street and all centres include ramps on to the courses.
How long does a game of mimi golf take?
A game of mini golf takes approximately 10 minutes per person for one course. So if six people were playing on one course together, it would typically last about an hour. The more courses you play, the longer the game will last.
How old do you have to be to play mini golf?
There are no restrictions, however we suggest that under 14s are supervised by a responsible adult/parent or legal guardian whilst in our centres. There is no upper age limit, we love to see all ages coming together to have mini golf, maxi fun! Areas within our centres have age restrictions, e.g. only over 18s are allowed in our bar after 9pm. Under 18’s are also only allowed in our premises after 6pm with a responsible adult/parent or legal guardian. We will ask for proof of age.
Can I bring my own putter or balls?
We provide putters & balls so all you need to bring is your ‘A’ game!
What is your dress code?
There is no set dress code, other than that we ask our guests to remove any hoods and caps so that we can see their smiling faces! Obviously, we ask that you behave appropriately and considerately at all times, which covers wearing appropriate clothing for a family centre.
Do you offer a concession rate?
Yes, we offer concessionary rates of around 50% to those with disabilities (and their carers) and seniors. These rates are available every weekday before 6pm, for 48 weeks out of 52, including the summer and Easter holidays. There are certain limited ‘peak’ periods where it is not always possible to offer any concessionary discounts. This applies to all our concessionary or promotional rates, including those with disabilities (and their carers), adult, family, student and senior groups.
How do I cancel or amend a booking?
To cancel or amend a booking please call our contact centre via telephone or complete the contact form on our website. There are no rights of refund or exchange and you acknowledge that the cancellation rights contained in the Consumer Protection (contracts regulations 2014) do not apply to the services we offer. We will however move your booking to a future date free of charge for you, if you contact us to do so.
Is putt and play dog friendly?
With the exception of trained guide or assistance dogs, no animals are permitted into our centres. Trained guide or assistance dogs must be well-behaved at all times when supporting a customer in our centres.
Can I watch other people play mini golf?
You will need to pay to play each course, you are welcome to wait for family and/or friends in the Diner, bar or amusements area if you’re not playing.
Can I book mini golf in advance?
Yes. We don’t like turning people away, and as mini golf can get busy at peak times, we always advise people to book online in advance or through our contact centre for the best prices.
