What happens when you arrive?
On arrival, staff will guide you to parking and welcome you at the main entrance. If you have pre-booked tickets, head straight to the gates where your QR code will be scanned. Tickets can also be purchased on the day from the ticket office near the entrance.
Can children bring scooters or bikes?
Scooters, bikes, and ride-on toys are not permitted unless they include a parent-controlled handle. Pushchairs and buggies are available to purchase at the main entrance if required.
Why is there an admission charge for children aged 1–2?
