Can I feed an animal?
There is no feeding the animals at our park, unless on a keeper experience
Where can I park?
There are three council-run Pay and Display car parks within Battersea Park. The closest car park to the zoo is Chelsea Gate.
Do you take cash?
Yes, we can take cash or card.
Is there a baby changing facility?
Yes, there is a Family Room for baby feeding and changing.
Can I smoke or vape on site?
Please note the smoking of cigarettes, cigars and e-cigarettes is not permitted anywhere in the zoo. Customers may get their hand stamped, exit the zoo and re-enter.
Can I take my dog?
Only Registered Assistance Dogs are welcome to visit Battersea Park children’s zoo. All dogs must wear their harness/uniform and be on a short lead where applicable. Assistance dog identification/registration may be requested.Visitors with assistance dogs will be asked to meet with a zookeeper on arrival for an on-site briefing and confirm acceptance of these and any other conditions required on that day. For the welfare of our Capuchin Monkeys dogs are not permitted to walk through our monkey area.

A Child tickets start from 2 years old.
Can I bring a picnic?
Yes you are welcome to bring a picnic to eat in one of our designated areas.
Can I leave to go back to the car?
Of course! Customers may get their hand stamped, exit the zoo and re-enter.
Can I we buy food on site?
Yes, we have Ice creams, light bites, sandwiches, cold and hot drinks available in our cafe.
